ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Natham Patta in favour of the petitioner and his brothers namely, E.Udhayakumar and E.Murugaiya Pandi in respect of the property in Survey No.562/8A3B, situated at Vannikonendal Village, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 29.09.2025, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject property originally belonged to the petitioner's mother and upon her demise, it was devolved upon the petitioner and his brothers. Seeking to obtain patta, the petitioner submitted an application dated 29.09.2025. Despite receipt of the same, the respondents have failed to take any action within a reasonable time. Hence, the petitioner has been constrained to approach this Court by filing the present Writ Petition seeking the relief stated supra.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's application will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
