ORDER

Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that as against the order passed in W.P.(MD). No.13687 of 2021 dated 30.09.2024, an appeal was presented in W.A.

(MD).No.973 of 2025. He states that an interim order of stay was granted on 09.04.2025.

2. As the order, on the basis of which this Contempt Petition has been filed, was kept in abeyance by the Division Bench, this Contempt Petition stands closed.

3. In case the Writ Appeal goes in favour of the contempt petitioner, she is at liberty to file an application to revive the contempt proceedings or file a fresh contempt petition, as she may be so desired. 15.04.2025 NCC :
