ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii), 307 and 120(B) of I.P.C., in Crime No.135 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.5463 of 2020 3.Due to previous animosity with the defacto complainant, this petitioner along with three others have attacked the defacto complainant causing blood injury. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was the informant of the police about the illegal mining conducted by A1. Hence, A1 along with three others have attacked the defacto complainant with iron-rod. The defacto complainant sustained injury on his knee and shoulder and got admitted in the hospital for treatment. This petitioner is arrayed as A4.

4.On reading of FIR, this Court finds that there is overt act attributed to this petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor states that the abscondence of this petitioner causing threat to the complainant and his family members. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
