Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu namely Rakkammal @ Sophana D/o.Seenivasan, aged 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue, who is aged about 19 years, said to have married the third respondent.

2. The detenue has been produced before the Court and she stated that she wants to go along with her husband by name Manikandan, the third respondent herein. The petitioner, father of the detenu has also stated that it is upto her to take a decision.

3. In the light of the discussion made earlier, this petition is closed, setting the detenue at liberty.
