O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide sufficient police protection to the petitioner on the basis of her complaint dated 19.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate

(Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner, after considering the petitioner's petition dated 19.08.2016.

5. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
