O R D E R
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction against the second Respondent to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint, dated 29.02.2024 lodged before the first Respondent herein within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the accused in this case were the accused in Cr.No.3 of 2024 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Trichy, where also similar complaint had been registered.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the Petitioner himself appeared before the second Respondent and submitted that he will seek remedy through Court.
4.Considering the fact that already the District Crime Branch, Trichy, had registered a case against the very same accused regarding the 2/4
very same nature of offence, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy District is impleaded suo motu in this case, as third Respondent and the Petitioner is directed to appear before Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy District, and give statements.
