This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the first respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed.
