Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension passed by the third respondent, dated 03.03.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 03.03.2021.

2.The case of the petitioner is that while she was working as Secretary in the respondent Society, she was placed under suspension on 03.03.2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after submission of explanation for each and every allegation and also a representation, the same was not considered by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submits that domestic enquiry was conducted and the charges levelled as against the petitioner were proved and the petitioner was also removed from service.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the suspension period, the petitioner was not paid with any subsistence allowance.
5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has already been removed from service, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. The respondent shall serve the copy of the dismissal order to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is always open to the petitioner, to challenge the order of dismissal, if she is so advised. Since it is represented that no subsistence allowance has been paid to the petitioner, during the suspension period, the respondents shall pay the subsistence allowance, if any due to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
