ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 04.04.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned IIIrd additional District Sessions Judge Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.1947/2022 dated 23.11.2022,this Court made the following order:

The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.528 of 2021 on the file of the learned III Additional District Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. 2.Explanation is accepted.

3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant six months further time to complete the trial and dispose of the case from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
