As there was no representation for the appellant, on the previous date of hearing i.e., on 24/4/2015, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today under the caption "For Dismissal". The same was done with the intention of providing one more opportunity to the appellant. But today, also there is no representation for the appellant. Hence this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the Second Appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petition (MD) No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed.
