2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, and since charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by the II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, is hereby relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Nanguneri Police Station on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
