"Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 03.09.2021, and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District Judge (CBI Cases ) ( FAC), Madurai. vide the letter in D.No.784 / 2023 dated 19.10.2023, this Court made the following order:

These petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.Nos.3 to 9 of 2013. 2.The learned II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases) (FAC), Madurai, sent a letter dated 19.10.2023, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of C.C.Nos.3 to 9 of 2013, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.02.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.Nos.3 to 9 of 2013 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
