Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to survey the petitioners property in old survey No.167/6, New survey No.167/6A for an extent of 1300 sq.ft situated at Thanakkankulam Village, Thiruparankundram Taluk, Madurai District and issue patta in his favour on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2019.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured. The respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition, they shall relegate the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. If there is no resistance or opposition, the survey exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the opposition is without any basis, the survey authorities are at liberty to take the assistance of the jurisdictional police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
