[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the Government, reported that the petitioner has only challenged the Press Release, dated 06.05.2020 and that the Government has not taken any steps till now pursuant too the said Press Release.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed as premature with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court when the cause of action arises. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
