O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for production of her minor daughter, namely, Bharanipriya (hereinafter referred to as 'detenue').

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 27.03.2018, her daughter / the detenue went missing. A complaint was also lodged with the jurisdictional police in this regard. Alleging inaction, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the instant Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

3. Today, the detenue has been secured and produced before this Court. We had a brief interaction with the detenue as well as the petitioner.

4. A perusal of record would reveal that the date of birth of the detenue is 01.03.2001 and therefore, she is a minor as on date. When we questioned the detenue, the detenue expressed her willingness to go and live with her parents.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and the detenue is permitted to stay along with her parents. No costs.
