By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
