O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining wilfull disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 01.07.2024 in WP(MD)No.14160 of 2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while disposing the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that in the writ order, there is no such direction issued by this Court to the official respondents to consider the representation and to pass any orders. It is only observed by the learned single Judge that it is for the official respondents to consider the representation, if any pending, on their own discretion.

4. In view of the fact that no specific direction was issued to the respondents in the writ order, in the considered opinion of this Court, this contempt petition is not maintainable.

5. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected sub application is closed. 21.04.2025 Index :
