Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 24.02.2026 in tender package No. 08/RIDF/2026-27 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to open the petitioner's price bid and consider the same along with other eligible bidders strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender notification within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of the second respondent wherein the technical bid of the writ petitioner was not accepted on the ground that they have not furnished the original affidavit which is certified by a notary public.

2. Pending writ petition, this Court has passed an order on 25.02.2026 directing the respondent to receive the original affidavit if it is produced by them on or before 26.02.2026.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the original affidavit has been received by them and they have accepted the technical bid of the writ petitioner and today they would be opening the financial bid.

4. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
