Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus , to call for the record pertaining to the impugned order of transfer in Na.Ka.No.3862/2019/A3, dated 28.04.2020, on the file of the respondent No.1 and the consequential relieving order passed by the respondent No.2 in Na.Ka.No.1126/2020/C1, dated 28.04.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2, to permit the petitioner continue his work at the respondent No.2 Municipality as sanitary worker with consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
