Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to survey the lands in Survey Nos.501/2, 501/4, 507/5 and 479/2 situated in the Kookal Village, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District in the presence of an Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court and direct to submit their report with a stipulated period.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured. The respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition, they shall relegate the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. If there is no resistance or opposition, the survey exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
