ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.09.2024.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already they received the representation of the petitioner and conducted enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.
3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to take action based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.09.2024 and the same was already considered by the respondents and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
