ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's land based on his application dated 12.07.2023.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner, who has been issued Patta No.2300 in his name, has sought for survey and in that regard, has made an application on 12.07.2023. A representation was given on 03.03.2025 seeking disposal of the survey application. As there has been no action pursuant to the survey application dated 12.07.2023, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4.Considering the limited relief that has been sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 12.07.2023 after giving advance notice to the respondents 3 to 5 and after giving their objections, if any. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt 2/3

of a copy of this order. No costs.
