O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner and the alleged missing person got married on 07.06.2013 itself. She is said to have been taken by her brother on 15.12.2015. Having allowed them to live for two and half years, it is improbable that the brother or the parents of the wife of the petitioner would have forced her to leave the petitioner. The petitioner could have approached the appropriate forum for restitution of conjugal rights. When the learned counsel for the petitioner was appraised of the same, he volunteered to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition with liberty to seek remedy in the Family Court. An endorsement to that effect has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Endorsement is recorded and the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated supra.
