Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to issue the Patta for the property situates in Old R.S.No.153/3C, Now UDR Survey No.5/3C, Western Porton of Plot No.39, with an extent of 922 1⁄2 Sq.feet with Road extent of 225 Sq.feet in total extent of 1147 1⁄2 sq.feet in Vandiyur 2nd Bit Village, based on my application dated 08.02.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that that writ petitioner had not filed any online application.
