ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special Court under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, to complete the Trial in CC No.1 of 2024 in Crime No.03 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016 on the file of second respondent Police expeditiously, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Special Judge for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in CC.No.03 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
