[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA,J.] The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the impugned order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai in I.A.No.387 of 2018 in S.A.No.394 of 2016, dated 05.04.2018.

2. As against the impugned order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, the petitioners have to approach only the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Madurai. As the petitioners have got effective, efficacious and statutory appeal, the invocation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Article 227 of the Constitution of India is barred. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Madurai. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
