Respondent/Respondent PRAYER : Petition is filed under Section 439(1b) of the Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, dated 17.11.2022 in Cr.M.P.No.6389 of 2022 in connection with executing a bond of Rs.25,000/- each along with two sureties, each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Para No.9 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6389 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para No.9 imposed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6389 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022 is modified to the effect that "In the result, the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.6389 of 2022 is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- each, instead of Rs.25,000/-, along with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam subject to conditions." All other conditions in the said order dated 17.11.2022 shall remain unaltered.
