ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the fourth respondent, not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's own brother Palanichamy, who is a retired Revenue Inspector, taking advantage of that position, he transferred the patta of their family property in his name, when it was questioned by the petitioner, he preferred the present complaint and based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the complaint the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members, harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Palanichamy, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed; and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
