This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side).

3. On the complaint lodged by one Baskaranarayanan, a petition enquiry is being conducted by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner's husband and also the petitioner. A summon has also been sent by the police to the petitioner asking her to come with certain documents.

4. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, She shall not be harassed. During the course

of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
