Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the record of history sheet. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sivakumar For Respondents : Mr.S.Chandra Sekar Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove his name from the history sheet. The main grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 23.03.2021 has not been considered till date. 2.Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending for consideration.

3.In the circumstances, the Deputy Superintendant of Police, Colachel, Kanyakumari District. is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, keeping in mind the guidelines issued in the decisions in Sabari @ Sabarigiri Vs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
