ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli District in Cr.M.P.No.716 of 2023 dated 21.02.2023.

2.The petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.19 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC. She filed a petition for anticipatory bail before the Court below in Cr.M.P.No.716 of 2023 and the same was ordered on 21.02.2023 with some conditions. One of the conditions is that she should appear and sign before the respondent police station daily twice at 10.00 AM., and 5.00 PM., for period of 30 days. Since the petitioner is a daily coolee worker, she is unable to comply with the said conditions and hence, she filed the present petition to modify the above said condition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby modified to the effect https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5620 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required.
