ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate proceedings against the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026 and further direct the fourth respondent to return back the documents seized on 07.06.2024 and retained till date, from the petitioner's residence at Madurai, pertaining to Crime No.163 of 2024 on the file of the Vadavalli Police Station, Coimbatore.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
