[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4, to remove the encroachment put forth by the 5th respondent in the common pathway comprised in Survey No.155, situated in Kuppichipalayam Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, pursuant to the notice u/s.131(2) and 222 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), dated 18.11.2023, on the file of 4th respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Pleader, now final notice has been issued by the fourth respondent on 12.03.2024, asking the encroachers to remove the encroachments within three days, failing which, encroachments will be removed by the revenue officials on 20.03.2024, without any further notice.

3. In view of the said development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
