PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the order issued by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.405 of 2020 dated 05/10/2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the order issued by the Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.405 of 2020 dated 05/10/2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as directed by the learned Magistrate, based on the complaint given , First Information Report came to be registered in Crime No.75 of 2022.
