O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the enquiry notice issued by the first respondent in e.f.(m2)/590/2021 dated 18.03.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the second respondent has submitted a representation dated 17.02.2021 against the writ petitioner before the District Collector, for which, the first respondent has issued the impugned enquiry notice dated 18.03.2021 directing the writ petitioner to appear before them and that subsequently the second respondent has preferred an appeal before the Revenue District Officer (RDO), Ramanathapuram and he has passed an order dated 16.06.2021 against the writ petitioner and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has also produced the copy of the proceedings dated 16.06.2021 before this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4

infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
