ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that Crime No.60 of 2020 was registered by the respondent for the offences under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w Section 7(1)(a)(II) of EC Act, 1955. One Raja Mohammed is the prime accused.The case involves trafficking of 2000 kgs of PDS rice. The said Raja Mohammed had given a confession implicating the petitioner herein. 3.Since the petitioner is now figuring as an accused in Crime No.60 of 2020, I am not in a position to grant any relief to the petitioner herein.
