ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is said to have caused fatal accident. Enquiry was ordered. Enquiry has since been concluded. All that the petitioner wants is only a copy of the enquiry report. No exception can be taken to the said request.
3. The respondent is directed to furnish the petitioner with the petition mentioned documents. The petitioner is given two weeks after the documents are served on the petitioner to give his explanation. The respondent shall pass final order only thereafter.
4. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
