This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 3rd respondent to remove the Chicken Stall in door No. 14-90/14-53, Kallu Vilai, Attoor and Post Kanyakumari District on the basis of the 1st respondent notice in Na.Ka.176/2020 dated 22.10.2020."

2. It is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader that no chicken stall is being operated in the above property and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
