Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.5482 of 2020 3.The petitioners herein, due to family dispute, have brutally attacked Muthukumar, Balamurugan and Navaneethan. Hence, case has been registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there was a wordy quarrel between the family members, which has lead to the registration of case and case in counter. The injury sustained by the victims are simple in nature and some of the accused are released on bail and therefore, these petitioners are also may be considered.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this petition on the ground that these petitioners' overt act has been spoken in FIR itself. Using iron-rod and knife and they have caused cut injury on the rip and the head of the victims. 6.Considering the nature of weapon and the seat of injury, this Court is of the view that these petitioners are not entitled for anticipatory bail. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
