ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.11.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that as the petitioner's life is in danger by the proposed accused persons, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents on 29.11.2016 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.
