ORDER
The members of the petitioner's association belong to scheduled caste community. According to the petitioner, the petition mentioned lands were acquired for the purpose of granting free house-site patta. W.P(MD)No.6038 of 2022 were earlier identified but according to the petitioner, it is possible to accommodate many more. In this regard, a representation dated 21.02.2022 has been given by the petitioner to the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
