Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.Even though the petitioner has questioned the impugned proceedings dated 31.03.2022 issued by the first respondent, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner had already complied with the order, reported for duty and he is now presently working at Tenkasi, the petitioner would be satisfied if the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2022 is considered. 3.The primary ground on which the petitioner rests her case is that she was working as Superintendent in Government Rehabilitation Home in Y.Pudupatti, Madurai District, but there is no equivalent post at Tenkasi. The petitioner has also set out few other grounds in her representation. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/4
20.07.2022 on merits and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
