ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Anandha Valli aged 18 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.

3. The first respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Devakottai has produced the detenu and she stated

that she married the second respondent by name Ramarajan and now both are residing in Kerala State.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
