This petition is filed to restore the writ petition in W.P(MD) No.4131 of 2021 on the file of this Court which was dismissed for default by this Court on 01.03.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
