This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.45 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Today, Mr.G.Selvaraghavan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Dindigul District, is present before this Court.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.45 of 2016 was completed and the case has been closed as action dropped and closure report has also been filed before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai.
