O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the fourth and fifth respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and liberty on the basis of the petitioner's petition dated 25.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner sent the petition through post and he is not co-operating for the enquiry. She would further submit that they would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the fifth respondent and the fifth respondent is directed to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, after considering the petitioner's petition dated 25.08.2016.

5. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
