ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu was secured by the police and was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, on 11.06.2020 in Cr.No.79 of 2020 on the file of Pattiveeranpatti Police Station and custody has been handed over to the father of the detenu. The learned Counsel for the petitioner conceded the position.

2. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
