This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the interim order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.M.P. (MD) No.12715 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the interim order passed by this Court in W.M.P. (MD) No.12715 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022, the petitioner has been reinstated into service on 22.08.2022.
