ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2016 and file a final report within the stipulated period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after investigation, the respondent police closed the case on 30.08.2016 as mistake of fact. He would further submit that the petitioner has also received the closure report.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
