This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.538 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police within a time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that investigation in Cr.No.538 of 2023 is almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of four weeks.

3.In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
